Unable to launch Kane’s Wrath after installing map pack
I’m attempting to use the R22f map packs with C&C Online/Revora
I can hook and launch Kane’s Wrath with C&C Online alone, but after I install a map pack it no longer worksWith a map pack installed launching Kane’s Wrath through C&C Online will display the splash screen for a moment before it disappears without the game ever launching
I tried fully reinstalling all three but the only difference is that it will now change the resolution for a moment after the splash screen before reverting back to 1080p (as I haven’t changed the in-game options this time)Unhooking and launching through Steam without C&C Online will produce the same result (splash screen, no game)
I’m using;
Steam version of Kane’s Wrath
C&C Online 2.0.7
R22f map packs
no additional anti-malware, just Windows Security

Are you able to play the game without installing any patch and CNC-online ?
What kind of graphic card do you have ?
I played a few matches with only C&C online installed, though I played over LAN so I didn’t quite use C&C Online

Let me know after which installation the problem start.
Did you install the 4k mod aswel? If you did, unselect all the component options in the installer.
Well, the issue has been fixed. I’ll post the solution in case anyone else runs into the same problem.
The fix was to delete files leftover after uninstalling the game
I was already deleting leftover files located;
C:\Users\me\Documents\Command & Conquer 3 Kane’s Wrath
C:\Users\me\Saved Games\Command & Conquer 3 Kanes Wrath
C:\Users\me\AppData\Roaming\Command & Conquer 3 Kane’s WrathBut there was a fourth set located here;
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Command and Conquer 3 – Kane’s Wrath

Yes, it seems I neglected to mention that. For my first install, I had the 4k pack. I did not reinstall it while I was troubleshooting
Anyways, before I fixed it the results were;
Default Kane’s Wrath Skirmish – Works
C&C Online Skirmish – Works
C&C Online + R22F Map packs – Game no longer launches
After the fix C&C Online, the R22 map packs, and the 4k mod are all installed together and working without any issue
