KW Online question

KW 1.02 changed via Tacticus, 4k add on, downloaded via EA-app.

I can join lobbys and games, but it doesn’t connect and I can’t play! This symbol of a white circle (white a phone inside?) shows upp, and the game cant be started. What is the issue?

I have tried with other internet connection aswell.

I have played KW for 10+ years…
