Fixed a desync caused by players switching to maps with a different player count than previously.

Fixed an issue in R24 causing harvesters to sometimes follow other units on the map.

mappack arcade will be updated later.
The current version is not compatible with the newer R24j release, we are waiting for a stable R24 release.
