R21c Map pack 1 has been updated.
Update for mappack 2 and 3 was already released.
The reason for the delay of R21c map pack 1 is that DesolatorTrooper (map maker) Had to finish the maps for 1v1You can download is here

– Shadow Teams no longer shoot vehicles/structures.
– Harvester behavior on overlapping Tiberium Fields has been improved.
– Sniper Teams no longer shoot vehicles/structure and the +100% damage bonus against diciples has been added back (accidentally removed in R21).
– Reduced Installer Size.
