Are you able to play the game without installing any patch and CNC-online ?
What kind of graphic card do you have ?Yeah thats a known issue.
For some it fixes if you go to desktop and back to the game.
Doesn’t work for me so i always have to restart my game.

Unfortunately this map is broken.
Something is wrong with the script and does not send the units it should.The creator of the map is no longer active so it won’t be fixed.
Below the custom version of the map you can edit in Worldbuilder or maybe you can find anyone willing to spend time in fixing it.Seems like you do not have administrator permissions.
Because it cannot write the files to the directory.
If you run the installer do you get some kind of message User account Control like in the picture below?
Make sure if you use a antivirus it doesn’t block the installation, UAC.Try to install the patch manually in the link below.
For the 64bit there is a 4gb patch, but since the 32bit system only support 4gb itself you can’t use the full 4 GB for the game.
Not saying it will cause any problems but it could cause crashes on certain maps and custom maps.

What version of the game do you have where did you bought it from, steam or EA app?
What error do you get when you try to install it?
32-bit OS is pretty old.
I recommend to do the installation manually instead.

In the bottom right of the app you can register.

The installer is community based and unlike most companies they whitelist their installers.

If you do not trust it than don’t install it and do the installation manually.There is also a tool called commandpost which is community made but that will also mark as a threat.
The reason a virus scan mark it as a virus is because the installer is creating windows registry keys and its scanning the installation directory.If you have any questions please let me know.

Reinstall kanes wrath, than launch the game and try to start a skrimish match if that works install cnc-online, if that works install the r22 mappacks and see if you can launch the game.
Let me know after which installation the problem start.
Did you install the 4k mod aswel? If you did, unselect all the component options in the installer.
Yes the Camera goes instantly to the corner.
I didnt had this issue for a long time once i moved to Logitech mouse.Nobody knows, there are more bugs like not be able to close chatbox and pink screens.
You not getting this bug because of a player.Well please let me know what error, because it should work fine on a 64 bit system.
