Update the Kanes wrath R20c community patch!!

- Avatar and Purifier husks now show team color.
- The Redeemer now shows a flamethrower FX.
- SAM turrets with tib core sound has been fixed.

The Kanes Wrath website has been moved to a better server and should feel much smoother and more stable for logged in users.
